This page provides instructions for revoking Forge AI LLC's access to your connected business services. You may revoke access at any time, for any reason, without contacting Forge first. Revocation takes effect immediately and prevents Forge from making any further reads or writes against the affected service.

If you also wish to terminate your overall subscription with Forge, see the "Terminate Your Subscription" section at the bottom of this page.

Disconnect QuickBooks Online

To revoke Forge's access to your QuickBooks Online account:

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online account at qbo.intuit.com.
  2. Click the gear icon (settings) in the top right.
  3. Under "Tools," select "Apps" or "Connected apps." (Intuit's interface labels vary slightly by edition.)
  4. Locate "Forge" or "Blue by Forge" in the list of connected applications.
  5. Click the action menu next to Forge and select "Disconnect" or "Revoke access."
  6. Confirm the revocation when prompted.

Once revoked, Forge will no longer have any access to your QuickBooks Online data. Any cached data on the deployed unit will be deleted within thirty (30) days.

Disconnect Gmail

To revoke Forge's access to your Gmail account:

  1. Sign in to your Google Account at myaccount.google.com.
  2. In the left menu, click "Security."
  3. Scroll to "Your connections to third-party apps & services."
  4. Click "See all connections."
  5. Locate "Forge" or "Blue by Forge" in the list.
  6. Click on the entry, then click "Delete all connections you have with [Forge]."
  7. Confirm the revocation when prompted.

Disconnect Google Calendar

Forge accesses Google Calendar through the same Google authorization as Gmail. Revoking Forge's Google authorization (above) revokes both Gmail and Google Calendar access. There is no separate disconnection step for Google Calendar.

Disconnect Google Drive (if connected)

Same as Gmail — revoking Forge's Google authorization revokes Google Drive access. There is no separate disconnection step.

What Happens After You Disconnect

  1. Immediate effect. Forge's access tokens are revoked at the third-party service. Forge cannot perform any further reads or writes against the disconnected service.
  2. Cached data. Any data Forge cached locally on the deployed hardware to perform its workflows is purged within thirty (30) days. Workflow outputs (such as previously generated reports or drafts saved to the deployed unit) remain accessible to you on the unit unless you separately delete them.
  3. Subscription. Disconnecting a service does not automatically terminate your Forge subscription. If you also wish to end your subscription, see below.

Reconnect

If you change your mind, you can reconnect any service through the standard activation flow at any time. Reconnection requires fresh authorization from your end.

Terminate Your Subscription

To terminate your Forge subscription entirely:

  1. Email hello@forgefurther.ai with the subject line "Subscription Termination."
  2. Include your business name and the email associated with your Forge account.
  3. Forge will acknowledge the termination request within two (2) business days and provide a written confirmation of the effective termination date in accordance with your Master Services Agreement.
